REGIONAL TRAINING & PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Consults and coordinates with management to aid in the planning and presentation of required instruction including: Provides assistance and guidance to employees and management in the documentation of instructional records. Reinforces learning through communications with employees and supervisors ensuring objectives are met and understood throughout the instructional process. Ensures instructional courses offered are aligned with program objectives and organizational business results. Ensures employee development policies and procedures are adhered to. Regularly conducts classroom based training, virtual instructor led training (vILT), and webinars. Develops and maintains an aggressive annual training schedule in coordination with regional and installation FFR leaders and facilitators that is: Professionally delivered and upholds the integrity of FFR Training content and standards Scheduled in advance and advertised for maximized participation.
