SUPERVISORY GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST - TITLE 5

As a SUPERVISORY GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST - TITLE 5, GS-2001-11, you will direct the development, coordination, and implementation of procedural changes; direct the performance of management/program analysis for the logistic activities under the jurisdiction of the USPFO; and direct acquisition, accountability, incoming, outgoing and formal transfer of logistic asset for the USPFO in support of the Federal and state mission. Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Explain performance expectations to employees and provide regular feedback on strengths and weaknesses. Hold employees responsible for satisfactory completion of work assignments. Develop plans, programs, and policies for the operation, management, and administration of current and projected organizational programs.
