Responsibilities Tax Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with business objectives • Advise leadership on tax implications of corporate structure, financing, and expansion • Optimize effective tax rate through strategic planning and structuring Compliance & Reporting • Lead all federal, state, and international tax compliance (income, sal
