About the role
Supervisor provides work requests from leaseback facility customers. Assigned responsibilities will be to support the service contracts affecting the leaseback facilities. Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment. Develops, maintains, and applies computerized data files and management tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Contract by researching, procuring and applying the latest computer technology. Compares and evaluates the acceptability of the contractor's performance based on the criteria outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Determines the emergency action and directs the contractor, through coordination with the Contracting Officer, to perform work which is subject to separate negotiations.
