About the role
Major Duties include but are not limited to the following: Incumbent serves as an analyst and advisor to Mental Health leadership on the evaluation and the effectiveness of Mental Health programs and operations, including those related to Suicide Prevention, Tele-Mental Health, My HealtheVet, clinic access, scheduling and consult management. Incumbent provides Mental Health leadership with independently developed data and objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of Mental Health operations and management and advises on potential benefits/uses of process improvement strategies to improve efficiency of programs. Incumbent researches and investigates new or improved processes or practices for potential application to Mental Health operations.
