SUPERVISORY FORCE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Force Development Flight. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and military and civilian force development objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and management directives. Oversees professional education, training, vocational guidance and testing services for the installation. Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
