MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-9 some of your typical work assignments may include: Analyst: Conducts analytical reviews to evaluate mission and functions; advises and assists on administrative goals, formulates policies, and evaluates organizational controls, processes, and automation opportunities to improve mission efficiency to the Director, Deputy Director, Division Chiefs, and Branch / Office Chiefs. Knowledge Management: Formulate plans and provide advisory services relating to staff operations throughout the directorate and support assigned programs/projects; reliably advise supervisors and directorate leaders on knowledge management and change management processes. Human Resources Liaison: Executes directorate's organizational changes and manpower requirements through data-driven analysis.
