IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN/NETWORK)

You will administer the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems in support of the NAVFAC organization's IM/IT program. You will resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems. You will maintain systems configuration. You will manage the installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements. You will manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment. You will ensure and manages systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, integrity, efficiency and recoverability. You will implement system security procedures, tools and policy, to include firewalls, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts. Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities and risks.
