Sr Program Manager, Learning Design & Development

DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the AI-driven transformation of how the Learning Design and Development (LDD) team creates, manages, and delivers learning content. This role exists to fundamentally rethink how learning is built — using AI to generate content, enforce quality standards, close learning gaps against role profiles, and compress design timelines from months to days. You will take ownership of foundational work already underway — a modular content ecosystem, AI-enabled workflows, and capability-based learning standards — and accelerate it from prototype to production-ready, AI-native operations. This role is one of two enabling functions that span all three LDD organizational pillars (Learning Design & Journey Architecture, Content Operations & Quality, and Learning Innovation) — you own the AI-powered infrastructure and systems that make them work as one integrated engine.
