ROLE OVERVIEW
The Implementation Project Manager – 340B leads end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems adopting Latent’s 340b product.
This role requires strong healthcare project management experience combined with a working knowledge of 340B program compliance, pharmacy operations, split-billing systems, and contract pharmacy environments. You will drive timelines, technical coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness across pharmacy, compliance, IT, revenue cycle, and executive leadership teams.
