Management Analyst

Specific duties include: Analyzes the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations and assists management staff in developing resolutions to problems in the staffing, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Veterans Service Center. Coordinates realignment of services, changes in organizational structure, and methods of operations to promote efficient claims/customer service. Interprets policies, rules, regulations, and major operating procedures to personnel of the office with respect to administrative policy and procedural questions. Serves as a liaison between VBA District Offices and the RO, coordinating and facilitating initiatives that require team cooperation and action. Handles correspondence and is privy to sensitive employee and labor relations issues such as local negotiations, grievance responses, and disciplinary/performance action drafts and files.
