Executive Assistant Administrator/Chief Technology and Systems Officer

The Executive Assistant Administrator (EAA)/Chief Technology and Systems Officer (CTSO) position is located in the Office of the Administrator, Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As the EAA/CTSO, the incumbent oversees the day-to-day operations of TSA, and in conjunction with the Executive Assistant Administrators for Security Operations, Mission Support, and Law Enforcement, leads and exercises executive and technical authority for the following functions: Trusted Traveler and Credentialing, Security Capabilities, Information Technology, and Vetting Operations. The EAA/CTSO: Oversees the day-to-day technology and systems support activities of TSA. Provides accurate and timely support and advice to the Deputy Administrator. Plans, directs, and oversees activities necessary to accomplish the TSA mission.
