Manager, IT Infrastructure

WHAT YOU’LL DO The Manager of IT Infrastructure will lead a team of IT administrators and engineers, overseeing the management of our corporate IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on key initiatives to improve and enhance our hybrid environment, which includes SaaS platforms, on-premise infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure. The Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure and Infosec. In this role you will be responsible for: • Directly managing a team of IT administrators and engineers across infrastructure, identity, and SaaS operations, overseeing hiring, performance management, mentorship, and technical development. • Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshoot
