A Janitor/Maintenance worker ensures a facility is clean, sanitary, and functional. Key responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas, managing waste, and performing minor repairs (plumbing, lighting, painting). They must ensure a safe environment, often operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and performing light landscaping.
