<p>As the Head of Strategic Finance, you will serve as the architect of our insight engine. You won't just report the numbers; you will shape the strategy that moves them. This leadership role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, providing the analytical rigor required to scale our revenue and optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) investments.</p> <p>This role reports directly to our CFO and will lead a high-performing team dedicated to forward-looking decision support, ensuring every product launch, pricing shift, and marketing dollar is backed by deep financial logic and a clear path to ROI.</p> <p>This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
