Registered Nurse - Nurse Manager- Operations

NOTE: This position is open ONLY TO CURRENT EMPLOYEES of the Baltimore, MD VAMC. The Nurse Manager provides leadership, oversight, and operational coordination for the CareView monitoring program, the Nursing Officers of the Day (NODs), and the Care Coordination & Integrated Case Management (CC-ICM) team. This role ensures delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care by managing clinical operations, supervising nursing and administrative staff, and promoting adherence to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices. The Nurse Manager is responsible for resource planning, staffing, and workflow design; monitoring care quality and patient safety metrics; and leading continuous improvement initiatives across all assigned programs.
