ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Social Media Lead to own FLORA's voice, growth, and presence on Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. You'll be responsible for growing our followership and turning social into a true growth engine for the business. You'll orchestrate our social presence (including product launches, creator collaborations, industry commentary, and growth experiments) into a consistent rhythm that builds our brand. You'll moderate our channels, track what competitors are doing, and ensure FLORA stays ahead. This is a high-ownership, autonomous role.
