About the role
Leverages data tools, programming skills, and data visualization and advanced analytic techniques to support the mission. Constructs data pipelines using Structured Query Language (SQL) and data/database scaling techniques to handle data at scale. Analyzes extremely large, unstructured, and/or complex data sets, elements, systems, flows, dependencies, and relationships to build conceptual, physical, and logical data models. Serves as a subject matter expert for developing new methods to automate reports, develop predictive models, and analyze trends in collaboration with other IT Category offices, FAS, GSA, and agency partners/stakeholders. Translates complex business logic, analytic findings, and data limitations into concise, plain language. Closely ties findings and conclusions into the employing office and higher-echelon organizational mission, original problem statements, and project objectives.
