Senior Visual Designer Product-Focused (Freelance)

Web + Digital Experiences We’re looking for a freelance Visual Designer with a strong product mindset to support our web and digital experience work. This role is end-to-end. You’ll take ideas from early visual exploration through execution, partnering closely with strategy, UX, and development to bring thoughtful, well-crafted products to life. This role reports to the Design Lead / CCO. What you’ll do Lead visual design from concept through delivery with a product lens Create moodboards, look & feel explorations, and early visual directions Collaborate closely with Strategy and UX to translate ideas into structured, usable experiences Apply visual systems to wireframes and user flows Design modular components and scalable design systems Iterate based on feedback, constraints, and user needs.
