Accreditation and Regulatory Consultant- Hospital and Home Health

Sentara Health is hiring for an Accreditation and Regulatory Consultant- Hospital and Home Health! Status: Full-Time, permanent position (40 hours) Standard working hours: 8am to 5pm EST, M-F. Will travel to all the hospitals, hospice, home health, and outpatient pharmacies across the state of Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. Location: Will report daily at 1330 Sentara Park in Virginia Beach, VA. Job responsibilities: • The Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing processes to support system-wide ongoing compliance with Accreditation/regulatory agencies and standards. • Provides consultation to all divisions regarding accreditation and regulatory affairs and compliance. • Key responsibilities include: system resource in accreditation & regulatory requirements & development of policies and procedures, advisement on the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements , sharing knowledge of processes to meet compliance with identified accreditation/regulatory
