Supervisory Grants Management Specialist

As a Supervisory Grants Management Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Serves as a principal advisor on grants management policy, compliance, and operational issues. Oversees and supervises the Policy and Compliance Team responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing grants management policies and standards. Coordinates complex tasks and data requests across the agency, including audit coordination and grants data responses. Ensures consistency and adherence to federal financial assistance regulations and departmental requirements. Leads high-level grants management reviews and decisions, including pre-award evaluation of complex awards, post-award oversight, and closeout. Delivers comprehensive grants data analysis, identifies gaps in grants management protocols, provides administrative and technical supervisory leadership, and leads the implementation of corrective actions.
