Administrative Services Technician

Coordinate vehicle pickup, maintenance, dispatch, and turn-in operations. Schedule equipment maintenance, calibration, and repairs as needed. Serve as Primary Government Purchasing Card Agent for the organization. Implement Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans to ensure proper handling and compliance for all hazardous materials. Maintains purchase logs to document card transactions accurately. Monitors agreements by evaluating performance against contract specifications to uphold organizational standards.
