The Assistant Nurse Manager functions as a supervisor and is accountable for the daily operations of the designated unit. This role oversees the management, evaluation, and supervision of nursing and allied health staff while supporting the implementation of evidence-based standards of nursing practice. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager fosters a positive and supportive work environment that promotes high-quality care delivery, professional growth, and a culturally diverse and respectful workforce. The position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership capability, and effective communication to guide staff, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Supervising, evaluating, and guiding nursing and allied health staff. Supporting the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.
