About the role
Develops, coordinates, obtains approval, and publishes plans and procedures for implementation of installation policies and instructions relating to EM. Conduct installation EM assessment and interprets and analyzes assessment results. Evaluates EM program to ensure compliance with established guidance. Conduct initial and recurring training for functional areas of EM. Develops, implements, and conducts installation level EM and Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) related training for first and emergency responders, specialized teams, and installation personnel. Serve as Emergency Support Function (ESF 5), EM representative in the EOC and CBRN Control Center and provides guidance on mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
