Registered Nurse - Polytrauma Nurse Case Manager

Major duties include, but are not limited to: Execute position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex patients. Implementation of mission of the Polytrauma Rehabilitation program. Provide excellent person and family-centered care for Veterans living with serious illness such as traumatic brain injury, amputations, and other injuries to the Wounded Warrior. Honor Veterans' well-informed preferences and nurture quality of living through care of the body, mind, and spirit. Coordination of multiple disciplines involved in caring for wounded warriors and veterans, servicing as a consultant and resource person, development and implementation of educational programs, and development of implementation of specific measures to monitor the effectiveness of the program.
