Exceptional Family Member Program Manager NF4

Manages and serves as the installation subject matter expert of the Exceptional Family Member Program. Oversees the EFMP case management system and ensures effective exchange of resource information and support between staff and EFMP families. Oversees facilitation and coordination of resources between agencies, related resource offices, medical and recreational facilities, community services agencies and private organizations with emphasis on improving services. Serves as the Program Manager to independently oversee day-to-day operation of the EFMP ongoing program that encompasses mission, function, operation, activity, laws, rules and regulations authorized and funded by the agency.
