As a Supervisory Labor Relations Management Examiner (Assistant Regional Director) GS-0244-14, your typical work assignments may include: Supervising and coordinates, through Supervisory Attorneys and/or Supervisory Labor Management Relations Examiners the investigation, analysis and initial resolution of all unfair labor practice charges and representation petitions filed in the Regional Office; assigning cases for investigation and analysis, taking into consideration the complexity of cases, priority handling required, workload of the group, and related factors; and ensuring that cases are processed expeditiously, that quality standards are uniformly maintained, and time targets are met or that there are valid reasons for any delays. Participating in the decision-making process of cases within the Regional Offices.
