Full-Stack General Manager

The Company We are building an agentic mesh network for US healthcare, deploying multimodal systems that can autonomously handle non-clinical tasks and with seamless execution between entities. Our founding team is ex-Palantir with direct experience delivering mission-critical software to HHS, NIH, and other federal institutions. We are based in New York City and work in-office every day. We operate with an extremely flat structure. We ship, we learn, we compound. The Role Full-Stack GM is not a title. It is a job description. You will operate as a mini-founder inside the company: you talk to customers, you diagnose the problem, you architect the solution, you build it on the platform, you deploy it, you measure it, you iterate. You own the entire value chain for your domain.
