About the role
Install, modify, overhaul, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment of moderate complexity or a system of limited complexity. Set up and operate software controlled automatic test equipment (ATE) to test and troubleshoot various components and assemblies of electronic equipment. Use and maintain hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, soldering irons, and microsoldering units. Utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment. Document work assignments through the use of the appropriate forms and the computer data system.
