About the role
As a Military and Family Readiness Manager, GS-0301-12, you will budget, direct, plan, develop, articulate, implement, provide quality assurance, training and assistance for all aspects of Service member and Family Readiness Programs; and supervise and administer program services to National Guard Service members and their families beginning from the Recruit Sustainment Program through the entire military lifecycle. Enables the provision of, or referral to, services for service and family members of deployed military personnel regardless of service or component (Army, Marines, Air Force, etc.). Responsibilities are aligned at all levels of steady state, contingency and mobilization with operations geographically dispersed throughout the state to enable maximum program reach, support to Commanders and readiness impact.
