Associate Merchant

Overview We’re excited to add an Associate Merchant to our Merchandising team to support the Bedroom category. This role is critical to driving Brooklinen’s next phase of growth—supporting an expanding newness pipeline, improving speed to market, and ensuring our assortment is both commercially strong and deeply aligned with our customers. As we continue to invest in new product categories and launches, merchandising plays a central role in translating strategy into execution—balancing newness, core assortment, pricing, and storytelling to drive both revenue and profitability.
