About the role
You will compete globally with other Combatant Commands for the allocation and prioritization of Low-Density/High-Demand (LD/HD) persistent shortfalls, including electronic warfare, intelligence, and ISR capabilities. You will direct the annual Global Force Management (GFM) planning and allocation of approximately 300,000 U.S. forces within the PACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) to support strategic theater requirements. You will represent the Command as the primary spokesperson in Joint Force Provider sourcing processes and Global Force Management Boards (GFMB) to secure force availability for senior-level decision-makers. You will manage time-sensitive and emergency Requests for Forces (RFF) from component and sub-unified commands, ensuring synchronized force employment and mitigation of theater risks.
