Description: The Space Systems Center (SSC) manages the full lifecycle of space systems and is recruiting an HR Forensic Data Specialist to bridge critical gaps between HR, IT, and management by conducting deep-dive investigations into workforce data anomalies. In this mission-critical role, you will perform root-cause analysis on systemic issues and transform raw electronic evidence into coherent narratives that support data-driven decision-making and workforce shaping. As the primary guardian of data integrity, you will identify patterns within large datasets and provide expert advisory services to ensure the accuracy and reliability of personnel information.
