About the role
You will use qualitative or quantitative techniques to measure program effectiveness or efficiency. You will direct others in the implementation of process improvements training, and influence managers to implement recommendations for program effectiveness. You will prepare reports and compile data from various automated systems to recommend improvements to training standards or objectives. You will provide hands on training in the use of job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet. You will serve as the principle advisor to the Site Supervisor for SIP/TRM and will support all Military and Civilian personnel associated with the N34.
