As the Director, Human Resources (HR) Operations and Shared Services you will serve as a senior executive providing enterprise-wide leadership for integrated IRS Servicewide human capital programs, including employee relations, HR shared services, compensation, payroll administration, benefits and retirement administration, and HR technology systems. The Director HR Operations and Shared Services performs the following duties and responsibilities: Provides executive leadership, oversight, and direction for Servicewide human resources operations, including employee relations, shared services platforms, payroll, benefits, performance management and retirement programs. Exercises executive authority for a large, geographically dispersed organization responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services to all IRS employees, ensuring alignment with IRS strategic priorities, Treasury polici
