CYS Financial Program Manager, NF-05

Serves as the Financial Program Manager, first line supervisor, and recognized Subject Matter Expert within the Financial CYS Services Operations Branch of IMCOM DFMWR. Works under the general supervision of the CYS Services Operations Branch Chief. Responsible for administrative oversight of financial operations for IMCOM DFMWR CYS Services activities. Provides expertise to ensure efficient utilization and control of CYS Services funds and certifies that the statutory requirements to control funds in accordance with applicable regulations and standards are properly executed. Supervises subordinates performing work consisting of a systematic examination and appraisal of budget data and other financial records; produces financial and management reports (Installation Status Report, Common Levels of Support, Management Information System, SNACS, PRISM, IMETS, CYS Services Annual Report); and implements management controls, policies, and practices that affect or reflect the financial condi
