WHAT YOU WILL DO AND ACHIEVE: - Own and continuously improve core people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, leaves of absence). - Manage and optimize People systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits administration) and vendor relationships to support a growing workforce. - Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure operational alignment across payroll, compliance, equity administra
