Growth and Demand Generation Manager

Job Overview: We're looking for a Growth & Demand Generation Manager to own our demand engine end-to-end and build a predictable, scalable pipeline for Shelf. This is not a "run the playbook" role. This is a role for someone who creates the playbook, wires it together with automation and AI, and has strong startup experience. You will own momentum across the entire funnel — awareness, engagement, lead creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact. You will automate everything that can be automated, experiment constantly, challenge assumptions, and bring new growth opportunities to life.
