As AI moves from experimentation to real systems, we’re building the infrastructure layer that makes it safe, observable, and scalable. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Brand and Marketing Designer to define how Guild shows up in the world. This isn’t a narrow brand or visual design role. You’ll own design across every marketing surface, from our website and product storytelling to campaigns, lifecycle, and growth. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and engineering to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. This is also an AI-first design role. You’ll use AI tools as part of your core workflow, for ideation, iteration, content generation, and scaling creative output. We expect you to push how design gets done, not just what gets designed
