Job: Parallel is growing quickly and we're making our first GTM Finance hire to support that growth. You'll work directly with GTM leadership on hiring plans, quota setting, budgeting, and spend. You'll track the metrics that matter—pipeline coverage, quota attainment, commissions, funnel health—and turn them into clear recommendations.
