The United States Space Force (USSF) Space Operations Command (SpOC) Mission Delta 9 (MD9) at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado is searching for a Delta Government SAP Security Officer (NH-0080-03, GS 12/13 equivalent). Description: Mission Delta 9 is actively seeking an individual with a solid, working knowledge of various security programs, including Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security procedures, who can thrive within a fast-paced, fluid team environment. This role is crucial to the Delta's mission to prepare, present, and project assigned and attached forces, enabling the conduct of protect and defend operations and providing national decision authorities with response options to deter and, when necessary, defeat orbital threats. The ideal candidate will possess a wide-ranging knowledge of security concepts, principles, and practices, enabling them to independently review, analyze, and resolve difficult and complex security problems
