The duties of this internship may include, but are not limited to: Compile and clean historical applicant data for veterinary externships Identify trends and gaps in participation Assess program characteristics and how they may influence applicant behavior Develop visualizations and dashboards to support decision making Prepare a final report summarizing findings and making recommendations
