Perform functions, such as determining eligibility and verifying evidence of contractor's progress for approval of contract financing, progress payments, and performance based payments, reviewing and making recommendations on pricing reports. Monitor expenditures on cost, incentive, and certain fixed price contracts requiring funds control. Assure contractor compliance with cost accounting standards via a review of disclosure statements and analysis and negotiation of cost impact of accounting system changes. Perform analysis and uses risk management techniques to establish a plan for monitoring contract performance and to provide appropriate insight into selected contractor systems or procedures.
