About the role
If selected for this position, you will support the U.S. Attorney's Office by providing a variety of office support services. Typical work assignments will include: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages for the office; Serving as the primary receptionist and receives telephone calls and visitors to the office; Purchasing office supplies and ensures accuracy upon delivery; Processing supply requests and maintains the office supply room; Managing and controls the usage of office vehicles. Ensure required logs are kept and all required maintenance is performed; and Producing a variety of written documents utilizing varied and advanced functions in one or more types of office automation software. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
