Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. We are looking for a High Volume Recruiter to support Figure AI's rapid growth in developing general purpose humanoid robots. This contract role, with potential to convert to a full-time employee position, requires a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and can manage large candidate pipelines without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
