DUTY 1 Performs career broadening assignments reviewing, interpreting, initiating, and developing procurement policies and procedures. Acts as a project officer on complex programs, many of which are without policy precedence. Maintains current knowledge in and provides expert technical guidance over contracting laws, policies, procedures, information systems, and business practices relating to the functional area assigned.
