About the role

As a Lead Export Compliance Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Directs the prioritization of leads involving potential export control violations for distribution to Export Control Officers and Special Agents within the Office of Export Enforcement. Monitors and evaluates export transactions and all-source intelligence to ensure compliance with the Export Control Reform Act of 2018; Export Administration Act 1979, as amended. Conducts research and/or investigations of entities and transactions, evaluates findings, assesses evidence for factual and legal sufficiency, and determines whether further investigation is required to support an enforcement action. Expresses ideas both orally and in writing to Senior Enforcement and Compliance officials, Special Agents, Leadership, and representatives within the Interagency.
