Family Time Program Supervisor Our Family Time Program provides services to families who have experienced a child being removed from their home. You’ll supervise our staff who provide therapeutic supervision, standard supervision, and in the moment parent coaching to develop new skills to create a safe environment for their child to return home to. Our Family Time Program Supervisor provides leadership and support through one-on-one and group supervision, the hiring and training new staff, and ongoing management of staff productivity, contract adherence, and assisting staff in providing creative and superior trauma-informed services.
