About the role
The duties and responsibilities for a GS-0201-Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement)-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Supervises a group of employees performing work at the GS-13 level. Performs the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised. Oversees agency-wide internal and external recruitment and placement programs and evaluates them, considering the governing rules and regulations and the short and long-range objectives of the agency. Develops, implements, and integrates the automation and technology strategies for agency recruitment and placement programs. Collaborates with key managers on workforce acquisition, skills retention, quality-of-work-life issues, workforce development and workforce performance and recognition.
