Recruiting Coordinator

You'll keep dozens of moving parts in sync, bring order to ambiguity, and make every candidate and hiring partner feel like they're our only priority. If you thrive when the path isn't fully mapped out, move fast without dropping details, and genuinely care about how people are treated, you'll do great here.   WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch - Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed - Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier - Operate independently in ambigui
